CLUB PHILOSOPHY
Blaby Bullets philosophy is based around; ‘LOVE’, ‘TRUST’ and a ‘LICENSE TO SKILL’. A desire to ‘look after’ and ‘LOVE’ the ball will be nurtured, both individually and as a team. Players will be ‘trusted’ to make decisions in game situations and encouraged to use skills and be creative. No ‘booting’ or ‘getting rid’ here! Positive thinking strategies will also be used as part of the coaching process. Parents / carers are encouraged to speak directly with coaching staff regarding the club philosophy and the development of their child.
