From a young age, Bullets players are trusted to make decisions, encouraged to play from the back and challenged to keep the ball in play wherever possible. This gives mixed results in the younger years, but a platform to take off as they get older! Trust the longer term plan!

Blaby Bullets was originally launched as Blaby Bulls in 2011. The then, U12 team won the U12 Foxes League division 4 in 2012. At this time the young Bullets first team were just forming as 5 and 6 year olds.
